Of course it should be lowered. Adults should be allowed to drink if they so choose.

This is true. I'm 19, I binge drink all the time. I try to get as much alcohol in me as I can before I go out because I can't drink in public. What John is saying is damn true. Plus, I'm an adult! I should have full rights as a citizen.
