The Devil and Dr. Paul
The presidential candidate navigates the Family Research Council gauntlet
At the 2007 Family Research Council Washington Briefing, Rep. Ron Paul navigated through a series of ultra-awkward encounters on his way to talk to the press. The first questioner is Max Blumenthal , a liberal journalist (son of Sidney) who brings a camera and mic to conservative events to ask uncomfortable questions. The second man, name unknown, wanted Paul on the record on whether liberals do the devil's work. The third man, fringe presidential candidate Daniel Imperato , made a desperate attempt to form a rapport with Paul by talking about a shared friend who may or may not actually exist.

No, every other Presidential candidate but Ron Paul (save a few not viable) wants to expand NATO, expand the war, and dissolve our borders to become a "North American Union" with Canada and Mexico.
Read about it here:

Ron Paul stands against this. Does not want to rule the World. And yet Lucy for whatever reason calls him the Devil.
The ignorant fanaticism awakened in a minority of our countrymen by 9/11 will lead our country to ruin if not mitigated and managed. The alternative is very literally to begin another World War.
We could do as much and as little as secure our borders, and that would be enough to prevent terrorist infiltration.
This war is, whatever it is, completely ineffective. It perpetuates and grows terrorists.
If we want to become the Dictatress of the World as we were warned against, we must be prepared to enjoy the British Empire's just deserts. It ends and ends very poorly. It is a hollow victory which cripples the mothercountry in the end.
Imperialism is bad policy. We learn it now or later, losing alittle or alot; it is our choice.
Ron Paul is the only sensible candidate.

Daniel Imperato is the devil!
Who ever heard of the devil naming himself after one of the Apostles?
We should throw all presidential candidates in a pond with rocks tied to them, and if they float, they're with satan

If the election came down to Clinton or Giuliani vs. Satan, I'd vote for Satan.

"If Satan were here, what would you say to him?" The political journalism quote of the decade.
Hypothetically, I would say, "I like your food cake."

Ron does a great job here fending off the assholes.
The poor man should be canonized as a saint if there is such a thing for putting up with this crap!

I voting for Ron Paul no matter what. case closed.

Wow, those people are Crazy... Ron is good. I think his "body Guard" or someone should learn to get between him and some of these people. Yikes! Ron is the only SANE person right now. Socialism and Warmongers surround him and apparently a couple of crazies at this event. The man is running on a Constitutional Agenda - he needs to Use the 5th amendment here or his freedom to walk away. He was way too nice! MAKES ME LIKE HIM MORE!

What a stupid line of questioning.
What is it about teenaged awkwardness that makes everything have to become either a joke or a serious philosophical crisis? Ron Paul is the absolute best hope we have in either party and here he has to put up with this kind of shit from self-satisfied little punk journalists? Why? Isn't it enough that the man is trying to stand up to the central bankers and kick their asses back to Hades? There's no such thing as "liberal" or "conservative" anymore, there's just varying degrees of totalitarianism and collectivism. Yay, what a great choice for Americans.

Don't be surprised when Ron wins Texas. I already know he will.
He does need some bodyguards, and he does need to go for the 911 Truth more in the debates.

Clinton or Giuliani vs. Satan
This is a trick question. Giuliani is Satan. Deities are allowed to marry their cousins.

nice .. try and set him up with 3 kooks asking him questions and then write your hit piece about him! Go ask Judy and Mitt the same questions!

This video is stupid.
You can barely here the questions.
What kind of a nut job would ask a question like this?
I would not waste your time on this.

Paul is a very interesting thinker. Even if you don't agree with EVERYTHING he says (I disagree with him on a few issues), he brings such a fresh, unique, and intelligent factor to government that it would be wonderful to stir the stagnant pot of politics (at the very least).
What bothers me the most is how often we hear that "the people are sick and tired of partisan politics" and "voters don't want politics as usual", yet right now we're looking at choosing between:
1) A shameless 9-11 opportunistic "I'm-for-abortion-and-against-Roe-v-Wade" authoritarian, OR
2) A power-hungry, nanny-state endorsing, "I-was-never-for-this-war-even-when-I-voted-for-it" politibot
... and Paul is still treated in the same fashion as a Tancredo or a Kucinich. Sorry, I went on a long tangent.
